Vietnam Panorama Itinerary

  • Day 1 : Depart UK.
  • Day 2 : Arrive in Saigon.
  • Day 3 : See Notre Dame Cathedral, the Reunification Palace, Central Post Office, War Remnants Museum and the markets.
  • Day 4 : Visit Ben Tre to explore the waterways of the Mekong Delta and travel to Can Tho to stay overnight.
  • Day 5 : Further exploration of the Mekong Delta. Return to Saigon.
  • Day 6 : Visit the Cu Chi Tunnels and attend the noon service at the Cao Dai Temple.
  • Day 7 : Travel by road to Dalat and discover this picturesque hill station.
  • Day 8 : Explore Dalat town and its market. Visit Trai Mat village by train.
  • Day 9 : Travel by road to Nha Trang and take a cruise around the islands.
  • Day 10 : Travel by road to Qui Nhon via the Po Nagar Cham Towers.
  • Day 11 : Visit My Lai and continue to Hoi An.
  • Day 12 : Walking tour of Hoi An.
  • Day 13 : Travel by road to Hué via Marble Mountains. Ride by cyclo to the citadel.
  • Day 14 : Cruise on the Perfume River. See Thien Mu Pagoda and the Royal Tombs.
  • Day 15 : Fly to Hanoi. Explore the Old Quarter and see the Fine Arts Museum.
  • Day 16 : Visit One Pillar Pagoda and Temple of Literature, Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum (closed Sep-Dec) and the Stilt House. In the evening enjoy a Water Puppet performance.
  • Day 17 : Day junk-boat cruise on Halong Bay.
  • Day 18 : Fly to the UK.
